• Mad half hour doing emails, crazy number to respond to before I go back to bed 1 hr ago
• Woke up with a migraine, wondering whether to go back to bed, or use the pain killers crutch again :-( #painlog 5 hrs ago

• Despite starting the days well, I'm still not stable enough to last all day, today left arm, right ankles and knee and head #painlog 20 hrs ago
• Eldest got her AS exam results, I'm banned me from sharing the results - lets just say she took 4 and her lowest score was well above 90% 22 hrs ago

• Excellent day today, almost pain free until about 7pm when my arm and ankles started playing up - best day for weeks #painlog 1 day ago
• Sat in Gary's glass office all day today, quite a nice working environment, but prefer my conservatory office and the garden view 1 day ago
• Days full of meetings always leave me exhausted, stopping off at the Little Chef to recover my strength! 1 day ago
• Off back to Knowsley today stopping off for breakfast at the Beach Terrace Cafe 2 days ago
• I've had a great day, close to pain free until about 6pm then knee and arms started. Still got Tonsilitus #painlog 3 days ago
• Just arrived at Preston for a couple of meetings, actually discussions - much more fun 3 days ago
