		<description>Excellent thoughts regarding the importance of communication.  I would like to add a thought.  If we were to replace the word blog with &quot;post&quot; then the article might be more universal.  Many collaboration tools are in fact blogs even though they are not called blogs. Posting important information and dicussing the issues are key to collaboration.  I can see where writing regularly, communicating the issues, objectives, successes and shortcomings enable an entire team to understand the program better!  Well said!
