• Managed to walk into town ok, so Sunday ritual of reading in Caffe Nero is preserved & very nice it is too. Zero Day book has started well 8 hrs ago
• Full flare started last night, pain, fever, night sweats etc so almost no sleep -- so no cycling today but I've got plenty to read & watch 10 hrs ago
• Feeling very rough today, thank goodness I got on my bike this morning, I'd need someone to push me on it tonight, time for TV me thinks :-) 22 hrs ago
