- Excellent 2hr discussion with @GrahamChastney but its used up most of what little energy I have today, will probably fall asleep soon 21 hrs ago
- Done my reading in the garden for a change, it's very warm today and almost no wind. Off to Chorley now that the washing is on the line 1 day ago
- Starting to feel normal again :-) & the sun's come out to celebrate too :-D 1 day ago
- Managed to walk into town ok, so Sunday ritual of reading in Caffe Nero is preserved & very nice it is too. Zero Day book has started well 2 days ago
- Full flare started last night, pain, fever, night sweats etc so almost no sleep -- so no cycling today but I've got plenty to read & watch 2 days ago
- Feeling very rough today, thank goodness I got on my bike this morning, I'd need someone to push me on it tonight, time for TV me thinks :-) 2 days ago
