Adventures in home working

• I can hear again!! Unfortunately I'm not hearing builders, they all seem to have gone - hopefully only for lunch 4 hrs ago
• Debbie and Anna (now off school, swapped with Tessa) upstairs watching the concrete being ferried from the mixer to the conservatory base 6 hrs ago
• Off to have my ears syringed, really looking forward to being able to hear again. 7 hrs ago

• At the Cinema, decided to stop and watch Changeling on the way home 1 day ago
• In Blackpool, just got my squeeze torch replaced, stopped working last week and I'm going to need some light on the way home later 1 day ago
• At the half way mark, the frozen beach is so easy to walk on, but its starting to "melt" now, so I'm switching to the prom 1 day ago
• Off for a walk along the beach to Blackpool now, glorious day and the beach is nice and safe to walk on no matter how icy 1 day ago
• Just walked around town doing the errands, too icy for driving 1 day ago
• Jen home from hospital today, a day early and doing well. No point staying as all her veins had collapsed so they couldn't get a line in 1 day ago
• DIY day today, removing old water tanks, insulating, boarding. Fitting shelves where old hot water tank used to be and clearing garage 1 day ago
• DIY day today, clearing water tanks and boarding the loft, new shelves and floor boards and a garage clear out. Bricky off sick today 1 day ago
• @sscullion I clicked the No Thanks button given my PC is for test and dev, what will they make of Windows 7!! 1 day ago
• Chaos at home today, too many builders - too little time, about to ring the project manager and express my concerns! 3 days ago
