		<description>I am always astonished when middle and senior managers complain that they can&#039;t collaborate through conference calls.  More often than not, they are using the sort of cheap telephones in which the hands free element is only design for one person at best.
When I suggest that they invest in the right technology they complain about the price, but never seem to make the connection with the cost of the fuel they burn to get to a meeting - let alone the waste of time!
