It will start with small businesses, consultants. Then as more employees become free agents or consultants they will bring their network and knowlede base with them and want to take it away with them enhanced by each job. Its a simple notion but a devisive one. My thoughts are that until the ethos in many organisations change this bottom up approach will not be favoured, even though I agree it is the correct approach. how do we translate this into the traditional enterprise?
