If I bring more awareness to my life today…

If I bring more awareness to my life today ….

  1. I will need to spend some time alone with my thoughts and not listening to podcasts
  2. I will walk along the beach, feeling the sand between my toes and the waves splashing on my legs
  3. I will think about my childhood
  4. I will need to listen more and talk less
  5. I will spend more time soaking up the moment
  6. I will pay more attention to the food I eat
  7. I will read more and be distracted less
  8. I will pay more attention to the places that I spend time in
  9. I will pay more attention to the people I interact with

If I take more responsibility for my choices and actions today…

  1. I will not eat foods that don’t nourish my body
  2. If I do eat foods that don’t nourish my body, it will be to nourish my memories
  3. I will embrace activities that enhance my long term happiness, not just easy time fillers
  4. I will spend time with family
  5. I will reach out to people
  6. I will stretch and stengthen my body
  7. I will spend time soaking up the sights and sounds

If pay more attention to how I deal with people today…

  1. I will take more interest in the people I meet
  2. I will improve the lives of the people I interact with
  3. I will be kind and helpful
  4. I will smile
  5. I will make an effort to interact with people
  6. I will pay attention to the people I interact with

If I boost my energy level by 5 percent today…

  1. I will use that energy productively
  2. I will spend it doing things that are worthwhile
  3. I will look after myself
  4. I will do stuff that matters rather than fritter it away
  5. I will write a blog post
  6. I will stretch
  7. I will do press-ups
