How I Sow Seeds – The ‘Definitive’ Guide
This post is slightly tongue in cheek as I don’t profess to be an accomplished seed sower. If you want to learn the fine details of seed sowing and lots of hints and tips then I always suggest that you take a look at Nigel’s videos on the MuddyBootz channel.
I do however sow a lot of seeds, I have good success, I do it quickly and simply and I have a fairly good system. That system is what this video is really about and it improves all of the time. I’m a big fan of experimenting, learning from experience and continuous improvement, but my focus of this learning is to find the 20% of effort that delivers 80% of the results and that’s good enough for me.
This video refers to a set of databases that I’ve created using a free online database called Airtable. There are many cool things about this database that I cover briefly in the video but I don’t go into too much detail because:
- I have another video that does that
- Sometime in the next few weeks I will produce an updated video that shows all of the progress I’ve made since the first video.
That said, if you want to get started and have a play yourself, take a look at the video I already have available.
If you can wait a few weeks, that might be a good idea.
