Introducing the NEW VERSION of my gardening app/database

I’ve finally got around to updating my gardening app. This new version is a big update and lays the groundwork for major improvements coming over the next few years.

I’ve done a quick introductory video, which you can find below and there’s now a comprehensive userguide, where you can also find additional videos, as an when I create them!

Hi Steve, you have done a great job, i was trying to organise on a similar way in Google docs, but I think I’ll follow your system. Before I invest time on it. Do I need to have a paid account in airtable or the free version is sufficient. Are you able to export then databases to excel files?

  2. Yes to both, you might hit a file size limit it you upload a lot of high res photos of seed packet covers etc, but other wise you should be ok. Check the limits on airtable to be sure for your needs. Yes one click export of any table or view to csv files and hence to excel : all the best – Steve
