Going to try and get to sleep again, more powerful painkillers now seem to be having an effect. I guess its another late start #
Half way through a long walk Lytham, listening to Telecom Junkies Podcast. Very windy. #
Using new "in the ear" headset from Seidio for my Blackberry – much louder and more suitable for a windy day #
Reading feeds for an hour at Boaters Landing. A bit windswept after walk 11,000 steps! #

Spent a couple of hours working on application delivery wiki updates, trying to get it to critical mass, thats the hard part with wikis! #
Late lunch, watching Scoble video interview at Twitter HQ #
Finished 6 hours of wiki updates. This wiki stuff is so very different from working in a collaborative workspace. So much more design needed #
Taking stephie to Tae Kwon Do and then going to have a swim and read my book before I go to Sainsburys to do the shopping #
