Watching the sunset
Debbie and I have a Saturday routine, I walk to Caffe Nero for a couple of hours, do my reading, play some games and then do some shopping. Then we drive to Cleveleys, go out for lunch and then watch a movie. Today was the Monument Men, which is probably a fascinating book, but the film didn’t have enough time to flesh out the real story so it had to content itself with a few random story slices. Still it was an enjoyable film, but not as nice as the walk along the prom that followed and then sitting and watching the sunset at Rossall Beach. If I had a seafront property on the west coast I’m sure I would spend many hours in complete contentment watching the slow slide of the sun into the sea. As it is I will have to be content to sit watching from a beach front car park.
