What I’m Sowing and Growing In March

March is my busiest sowing month and a lot of my sowing decisions are driven by having enough space to germinate and pot on seeds/seedlings. In this video I show you the progress of my January and February sowings which are doing fairly well. To really appreciate the progress I personally found it useful and enjoyable to take a look at the video from February first.

The real challenge from a sowing perspective has been the tomatoes, a few of the varieties failed me. I noticed that all of them were red cherry types, the yellow ones all did well. As it happens I’ve ended up with more very early tomatoes growing well than I can cope with so I’m happy with how things turned out.

I also spend a few minutes on the computer show you how the databases that I’m using to capture all of my knowledge about the 250+ varieties of fruit and veg that I grow and also the details of what I’m sowing in March.
