Gardening

Another good nights sleep, down to 40mg of Pregabalin and still sleeping through.  Woke up at 6:30, immediately fell back to sleep and only just made it to Caffe Nero before opening time.  Tess walked into town with me which was nice.  Stayed there for just over an hour and then walked back home along the prom, eager to get stuck into gardening.

First I popped over to the garden centre and stocked up on compost and bark, it was quite soggy and so extremely heavy and it was quite a job lugging it to the car and carrying it around at home, but I managed it.  Then I made three removable panels for the raided bed frames and completed the netting on two of the beds, it took longer than expected as attaching the netting is a horrible fiddly job and it was pretty painful when the wire pierced my fingers. 

Then I did a bit of cleaning, mould treated Debbie’s room, had a nap and put the curtains up in Jennie’s room with Jon’s help.  I’m on a fasting day today and quite desperate for some cheesy biscuits for supper, so I’ve just spent an hour on my bike while watching Billions.  I’m looking forward to a good munch tomorrow!
